Compressed air filtration: How to choose what you need?
The filtration process helps to reduce reparation and maintenance costs for your compressed air equipment/tools and avoid production downtime. Filters combined with the right type of dryer can achieve or exceed the air quality required for your applications.
Main criteria for achieving the desired air quality level:
- Filtration level (in microns)
- Drying level (dew point, in Celsius degrees)
- Maximum air flow rate (in CFM or L/sec or m3/h)
- Débit d’air maximum (en PCM ou L/sec ou m3/h)
- Compressed air pressure (in Lbs/Po2 or PSi or Bar)
